Three Years in!

Three years ago something quite extraordinary happened in the HR Search market.

A plot we'd hatched over years of coffees and hushed chats in whispered corridors suddenly became very real - and at that moment Dudman Tidbury HR was born. 🎉 🎊 💥

From memory, our early 2022 conversation went something like.........

Nat - I've just been made redundant.......

Bill - (without empathy)- Amazing - get ya stuff and let's roll - by the way what shall we call ourselves!

And just like that - Dudman Tidbury HR took off!

I knew Nat and I were hugely compatible as business partners and would work together well before this, it was just a case of waiting for the right time and for the stars to align.

And, three years in, we are having lots of fun and working with great clients and candidates.
