Our Vision
When you see us on LinkedIn….you most likely think ‘HR Recruiters’ and you would be absolutely right. We consider ourselves some of the most accomplished HR Recruiters in the UK, with a great track record. Currently in year 4 of Dudman Tidbury HR, we are looking forward to building our HR Search business further, and working with great clients and candidates in the exciting years to come.
But there is a part of us you may not see! Nope….not our dogs…these are always over LinkedIn 😊
As well as our day jobs, we have been keen to do some more locally based community work in our respective cities of Lancaster and Manchester. So Natalie is also a trained funeral celebrant, whilst Bill undertakes school runs for those who especially need them in the area.
It’s the vibrancy of our communities, the help it provides, and feeling of ‘giving back’ that we enjoy!
We are most certainly not looking for praise, but we wanted to share how ‘giving back’ and helping local really works and delivers – it helps bring communities together.
