When you see us on LinkedIn….you most likely think ‘HR Recruiters’ and you would be absolutely right. We consider ourselves some of the most accomplished HR Recruiters in the UK, with a great track record... and now we've added finance to our portfolio.
Currently in year four of Dudman Tidbury Executive Search, we are looking forward to building our HR and Finance Search business further, and working with great clients and candidates in the exciting years to come.

As well as our day jobs, we have been keen to do some more locally based community work in our respective cities of Lancaster and Manchester. So Natalie is also a trained funeral celebrant, whilst Bill undertakes school runs for those who especially need them in the area.
We are most certainly not looking for praise, but we wanted to share how ‘giving back’ and helping local really works and delivers – it helps bring communities together.
