WHO ARE WE?
Natalie
Natalie has spent most of her career in recruitment. Beginning in fast paced IT contract recruitment in both the public and private sectors, she then moved into permanent recruitment in the Oil & Gas industry, and followed this a number of years ago into the fascinating world of HR recruitment. Her career has spanned technical recruitment, sales, and Executive level HR recruitment both nationally and across Europe and she now focuses her attention on all aspects of HR including Talent, Leadership, Reward, and Generalists at all levels to name a few. She is driven by building excellent relationships and loves talking with people and finding out what drives their recruitment need, and for candidates, what motivates them in their careers and works well with their home lives too. Outside of work, Natalie loves baking, time with her family and walks with her 2 Cavaliers, Alfie and Zoey.
Bill
Bill has over 25 years spanning both inhouse recruitment and consultancy. Joining The Burton Group in 1996, he has since worked in London, Home Counties and North West specialising in HR recruitment of professionals at all levels across a range of industries. He driven by the prospect of changing peoples lives and giving them amazing opportunities. He is interested in getting under the skin of businesses, and seeing the wiring under the board. Outside of work, you will find Bill cycling in the Trough of Bowland, brewing craft beer, and hiking with his Staffordshire Bull Terriers; Snoop and Vinnie.
