Three years strong

Let's take it back to 2022...

Three years ago something quite extraordinary happened in the HR Search market.

A plot we'd hatched over years of coffees and hushed chats in whispered corridors suddenly became very real - and at that moment Dudman Tidbury HR was born.  

From memory, our early conversation went something like...

Nat: I've just been made redundant.......

Bill: (without empathy)- Amazing - get ya stuff and let's roll - by the way what shall we call ourselves!?

And just like that - Dudman Tidbury HR took off!

I knew Nat and I were hugely compatible as business partners and would work together well before this, it was just a case of waiting for the right time and for the stars to align.

And, three years in, we are having lots of fun and working with great clients and candidates.

So, here's to the next three years of Dudman Tidbury HR
