Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, the role of Head of HR Partnering, Operations, Policy & Systems will lead a team of 10 HR professionals within the partnering team, including HR colleagues in US, Germany and China, alongside the HR Operations team.
With the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system now in place, aligning and evolving HR processes and data, this is a critical and exciting time to join this business with so much opportunity and challenge ahead.
Some key highlights of the role will include:
• Accountability for implementing and delivering the HR services globally across the Company, anticipating requirements in alignment with the People Plan.
• Coaching the team through challenging ER people matters as required.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations function to further support the partnering stream in delivering more commercial initiatives at a strategic level globally.
• Accountable for the continuous improvement strategy of the HR services and business partnering globally, to include leading related project management.
• Accountability for People Data Management, and the implementation and evolution of HR Systems globally to support infrastructural and cultural change from policy, process, automation, through to change management, operational excellence and integration.
The successful candidate will have significant people management experience ideally within a complex corporate environment. They will have a broad understanding of global working practices and cultural awareness. Ideally with trade union and/or works councils experience as well.
This individual will have a strategic mind and approach, whilst with a practical and pragmatic hands-on style and team driven work ethic.
They will be impactful, a natural leader, and able to challenge, whilst harnessing this business’ natural entrepreneurship and ambition.
This is a flexible working role, with regular purposeful collaborations on site at HQ.
